We are delight­ed to announce that we were the win­ners of REIV Com­mer­cial & Indus­tri­al Mar­ket­ing Awards 2021 for best leas­ing cam­paign under $10K.

Our win­ning cam­paign was for the lease of a sig­nif­i­cant 1600 m² ware­house space in Colling­wood (22−24 Northum­ber­land Street), with the deal inked ear­li­er in 2021. We would like to thank our amaz­ing client for entrust­ing us with the cam­paign for this sen­sa­tion­al prop­er­ty and our fab­u­lous team for putting this cam­paign together.

The cam­paign focused on web, elec­tron­ic mar­ket­ing and social media and saw over 14,000 views (well above the mar­ket aver­age) and over 80 enquiries on real​com​mer​cial​.com​.au alone.

This is a great result, espe­cial­ly con­sid­er­ing how chal­leng­ing the leas­ing mar­ket is right now, and a tes­ti­mo­ny to the strength of the cam­paigns we run for our clients!
